Bart Sheridan, CAI, joined the company in 1995, bringing to the business his experience as a Certified Public Accountant. A graduate of Miami University , Bart worked six years as a CPA with an international accounting firm in New Jersey and with a regional firm in Springfield, Ohio. Bart obtained the prestigious CAI (Certified, Auctioneers Institute) designation in 2001 and is the 2006 President of the Ohio Auctioneers Association.Bart is an auctioneer, real estate broker, Realtor®, and appraiser with memberships in the National Auctioneers Association, Ohio Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors.  Bart participates in all phases of the business.

Matt Sheridan brings to the business his experience as a Certified Public Accountant and Finance Manager. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Matt worked eleven years as a CPA, Controller and Chief Financial Officer for two Ohio-based manufacturing companies.Matt is a Realtor® and appraiser with memberships in the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors.Matt works primarily in the company’s conventional listing and appraisal business.

Keith Sheridan’s contributions as President, Director, and Treasurer of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and as one of the three member Ohio Auction Commission have been instrumental in promoting the auction method of marketing throughout the state of Ohio.Keith is an auctioneer, real estate broker, Realtor®, and appraiser with memberships in the National Auctioneers Association, Ohio Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors. In January 1996, Keith was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Hall of Fame, a recognition that placed him among the elite of Ohio auctioneers.

Diane Pelfrey brings to the Company her expertise in real estate marketing having served clients throughout the Dayton area. She also has extensive experience as a paralegal and real estate office manager. Diane is the Company’s Real Estate Division Office Manager and coordinates all property listings, marketing, and closings.Diane is an Ohio licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor® with memberships in the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors. Diane participates in all Real Estate Division operations.

Bryan Bogan brings to the Company his expertise in antiques with a special emphasis on antique furniture. He grew up in the Antique Marketing industry and has extensive experience in the appraisal and retail and wholesale marketing side of the business.Bryan serves as the on-site Auction Manager for the Company’s Personal Property Auction Division.Bryan is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. Bryan participates in all phases of the Company’s Personal Property Auction Division operations.

Chris Bailey brings another business background as a Certified Public Accountant to the company. A graduate of Wright State University, Chris has worked in public accounting since 2004. However, his passion is real estate.Chris is a Realtor® with memberships in the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Dayton Area Board of Realtors.Chris works in the Real Estate Division and specializes in working with buyers.
