Beginning with the encouragement of his wife, June, and a card table in a back room of their home in 1974, Keith Sheridan (1938-2020) fulfilled his boyhood dream of becoming an auctioneer. Since 1974, SHERIDANS has grown to include recognized specialties in the sale of agricultural, residential, commercial and recreational real estate and personal property.

From our office location, SHERIDANS is strategically located to provide a high level of service to all of southwest, western and central Ohio.
