Our Team

Bart Sheridan, CAI, has been with the company since 1995, bringing his years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Bart is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer with extensive knowledge and experience selling all types of real estate, including farmland, residential, and commercial properties. Bart is also well versed in heavy equipment and farm machinery, as well as many types of antiques and collectibles and offers valuation and appraisal services for all types of real estate and personal property. In 2019, Bart was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, joining his father, Keith, a 1996 inductee.

Matt Sheridan joined SHERIDANS in 2002, bringing his years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in multiple corporate settings. Matt is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor® with specialized knowledge in the sale of all types of real estate, including farmland and rural acreage, residential and multi-family homes, rural and subdivision building lots, and commercial properties. Matt also offers real estate Buyer's Agent services as well as valuation and appraisal services for all your real estate needs as well as heavy equipment and farm machinery.

Bryan Bogan has been a valuable member of SHERIDANS since 2005, bringing his wealth of experience in antique furniture, collectibles, and memorabilia. Bryan is a licensed auctioneer and an expert recognized throughout the region for his knowledge in the field of antiques. Bryan is our on-site manager for all our personal property auctions and auction preparation staff and offers personal property valuation and appraisal services.

Nathan Sheridan joined SHERIDANS in 2023 and brings to the team a Masters Degree in Business Administration and experience in program management at Wright-Patterson AFB. Nathan is a licensed auctioneer and real estate agent (Realtor®) and offers real estate sales and buyer representation services for all types of real estate in addition to auction services and appraisal services for all types of real estate, machinery, and antiques & collectibles.

Kelsey Rader joined SHERIDANS in 2025 and serves as our Business Development & Operations Coordinator. With a degree in Agricultural Business from Wilmington College and strong agriculture background—including crop insurance and farm-sector roles—Kelsey focuses on customer development, client support & auction administration while leading our marketing and social media outreach for listings and auctions, bringing practical insight to farmland and rural acreage clients.

Sandy Sheridan joined SHERIDANS in 2010 and serves as our Bookkeeper as well as the Events Coordinator for our CEDAR LAND EVENT CENTER. Sandy is a licensed real estate agent and works with buyers and sellers for all their residential real estate needs. She also is a primary auction clerk for all personal property auctions and is the office Receptionist. She will be happy to greet you upon visiting our office.

Chris Bailey joined SHERIDANS in 2007 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Partner at Tidwell Group with specialties in affordable housing and not-for-profits. Chris is a licensed real estate agent (REALTOR®) and offers real estate sales and buyer representation services for residential, commercial and all other types of real estate throughout the region.

Samantha Kelley joined SHERIDANS in 2025, bringing an MBA and more than a decade of sales and marketing experience as well as experience as a small business owner. The daughter of a 7th-generation farmer, Samantha grew up in Clark County and understands the realities of rural life—land stewardship, family legacy, and the economics behind every acre. She is a licensed real estate agent specializing in farmland, rural acreage, and country homes across Southwest and Central Ohio, providing both seller and buyer representation.

Gail Martindale has worked with SHERIDANS since the early 1990s, originally serving as the lead artist for all specialty real estate and auction signage. Since 2005, Gail has served as the lead for our auction clerks and cashiers and is a friendly face for all our auction clientele.

Keith Sheridan (8/29/1938 – 3/26/2020) was the founding member of Keith Sheridan & Associates in 1974. Keith was a licensed auctioneer and real estate Broker, and with the assistance of wife, June, developed SHERIDANS into one of the leading auction and real estate companies in southwest Ohio. Keith was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame in 1996, the Ohio Fair Manager's Association Hall of Fame in 2015 and was a past president of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, Ohio Fair Managers Association, and the Greene County Agricultural Society. Keith loved the auction industry and often referenced his role as an auctioneer as his hobby and not his job.
